How do I reset or delete my data?
In the app, open the Profile tab and tap “Erase all data,” or delete Makra from your device – either one removes everything Makra has stored.
Is my data private?
Yes. Everything stays on your device – nothing is collected, transmitted, or shared. See our Privacy Policy.
Does Makra need an internet connection?
No. Makra works fully offline; your information never leaves your device.
How are my daily targets calculated?
From the profile details and runs you enter. The app adjusts your carbs, protein, and fat to your training – bigger runs mean more fuel, rest days settle back to baseline. Targets are estimates to support training and recovery (see the note below).
